Zaya was born June 5, 1975 in Bayan Khongor, Mongolia. In 2002 he graduated from the Institute of Fine Art at the Mongolian University of Culture and Art in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia with a bachelor’s degree in fine art.
He works in the traditional style of Mongolian painting, using watercolor and ink on rice paper and canvas. He depicts mostly warriors, but also draws on traditional themes of dramatic landscape and graceful animals.

اسمه ستيف ميلز وهو فنان أمريكي أتقن رسم لوحات واقعية بتفاصيل مدهشة لدرجة أنها تبدو أقرب لصور فوتوغرافية منها لرسومات!!
بدأ الفنان ميلز الرسم والتلوين منذ كان طفلاً وباع أول رسمة له حين كان عمره 11 عاماً ليصبح الرسم مصدر دخله الرئيسي.
استفاد ميلز من الدخل الذي حققه لتغطية رسوم دراسته الجامعية ليتخرج عام 1982، وليقوم بعمل أول معرض له بعدها بعام ليحقق نجاحاً هائلاً ويبيع 33 من أصل 35 لوحة معروضة!
باع ميلز خلال العشرين عاماً التالية أكثر من 500 لوحة لدرجة أنه أصبح له من المعجبين من يقفون بالطوابير لشراء وجمع أعماله!!
تستغرق اللوحة الواحدة أكثر من 500 ساعة لتصل لهذه الدرجة من الواقعية، لذا لا يستطيع ميلز عمل أكثر من معرض واحد كل عام، لكنه يضمن دائماً أن كل أعماله سوف تباع!
